1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may be slightly extended during holidays or high-demand periods.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 5–12 business days
International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on supplier location, customs clearance, and local carriers.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear in the carrier’s system.

4. Multiple Shipments

Since we work with multiple suppliers, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

5. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Customs processing
Carrier disruptions
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Natural disasters or unforeseen events

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded.
